If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to assist you. However, your purchase is eligible for return or replacement if it meets the following conditions:
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
Please note that our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen in rural India, resulting in unique products that may have slight differences from each other.
If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp our support team at “+91 81034 38183” within 2 days from our delivery date including -
- Order Number
- Detailed unboxing video
- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please share the product image as well
Upon understanding the reason for the return, we will contact you for a return. If you wish to return the product, please inform us and we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your location. Once the pickup is delivered back to us, we will initiate the refund procedure, and the refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days if it comes under our refund policy.
* The return policy does not apply to or is unavailable for the goods sold under specific SALE events (e.g. Diwali Sale, Independence Day Sale, etc.)
* We do not have a replacement policy, the Customer will have to initiate a new Order for such returned products, whether the goods are returned for the reason of ‘damaged goods’ or for any other reason and falling under our valid return policy.
If the goods are returned for the reason of ‘damaged goods’, then the customer shall be entitled for a refund of the entire MRP of the product along with the delivery charges of the said product. If the goods are returned, for any reason other than ‘damaged goods’, then –
- such returned goods shall not be in used, damaged or broken state;
- in such case, the customer shall be entitled for refund, after deduction of 25% towards administrative costs, from the MRP of the product returned;
- The delivery charges shall be borne by the Customer and shall not be reimbursed.
